Our USA-made "Proud Vietnam Veteran" plaque is laser-engraved on 12"x12" black granite over a background of the Memorial Wall and other scenes. It can be displayed both inside and outside.
The granite is polished on the etched side. It is about 3/8" thick. The plaque uses the Vietnam Memorial Wall as a background for different scenes from wartime----infantry w/a helicopter in the background, a rifle with boots and helmet, and servicemen walking together.
The second photo on the page here shows this plaque mounted on a 12'x12" 2' thick paver (not included) and displayed under a flag pole (you can see the pole's reflection on the plaque).
It would make a great gift for someone who is rightfully proud of serving his/her country. This looks great displayed outside with a flag or mounted on a paver in the garden.
